REVIEW OF DIAMOND HEAD ESTATES
HOME PLANS

The Board of Directors and Architect, Brian Daigle met on Friday, July 2, 2004 at 8:00

a.m. to discuss and review the nine home plans submitted to the Master Association by Miles Grant with Genesis Homes for the Diamond Head Estates Development.

The plans were reviewed with general comments noted in the minutes and changes requested regarding specific plans.  These general comments and changes will be forwarded to Mr. Grant by July 8, 2004.
